The warm welcome from the hosts, along with the spotless room and comfortable bedding, made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delightful, particularly with the option to enjoy it while watching the wildlife outside. we did notice an unusual smell in the room that persisted throughout our visit, which detracted slightly from the experience.

    delightful breakfast
    low shower pressure
    persistent odor

Delightful breakfast with locally sourced ingredients.

The shower pressure was disappointingly low, making it tough to enjoy a proper rinse. there was a faint but persistent odor in the room that detracted from the overall experience, even after airing it out. Lastly, the thin walls made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests.

    warm welcome
    delicious breakfast
    beautiful garden
    faint odor
    low pressure

Warm welcome from Lindsey and Amanda made me feel like part of the family. The curated breakfast selection impressed me, especially the veggie haggis. The room exceeded expectations with comfy beds, a flat-screen TV, and thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and a wee dram of whisky. I did notice an unusual smell in the room that persisted throughout my stay, which was a bit distracting. I found the shower pressure to be disappointingly low, making rinsing off a challenge. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful garden views and abundance of local wildlife created a delightful atmosphere. I would definitely return for the hospitality and charming setting.

    charming atmosphere
    adorable pets
    stunning breakfast
    shower pressure

Charming atmosphere with adorable pets around and a gorgeous garden to relax in. The breakfast spread was huge and catered even to special diets. Just a short stroll to local dining options in a serene spot near the loch.

The shower could use a bit more pressure for a proper rinse.
